Buy a cheap PSU get a cheap result, what did you expect ?
If there's no pot, then you have to replace the resistor, and who knows which one that is ?

This may be off topic, but could you be little ruder next time Alex. That was a legit question.

BTW, what are you using to get your volt readings? MBM, something else?

Actually my results aren't that bad.

Uner full load my 12v is at 12.46 and my 5v is 4.89

I just wanted to tweak my 5v up to 5v

And Alex, yes it was a cheep PSU, but it produces results which i'm sure you will agree are pretty good.

I'd recomend it as a TEC PSU becuase of the very strong 12v line.

Ok nice, im considering a TEC :D 5v is no problem on my KD7-E because of the extra 4pin 12v cable supporting it.

Sorry if I seemed rude, it was not my intention at all.
But generaly if one buys cheap stuff, shouldn't expect any miracles. In my country we have a saying "I'm too poor to buy cheap stuff". Unfortunately prooved true for me many times.

4.89V on the 5V line isn't bad, but isn't the 12V line a bit high ?

Yeah, the 12v is very high, thats why i'm looking to see fi there is an adjustable pot on it to lower it a bit!
