wd rma process, a pain or not

if i do the advance rma, are they pretty ood with the rma stuff or not

had a 80 gig go on me last week

Wd Rma is ok but I perfer to buy drives that never need to be RMA'd, infact I have a 1992 WD 400Mb that is still kicking around...

spend an extra $120 on the drive and get SCSI

and :banana::banana::banana::banana:, you know, its a 80 gig, cmon, and if im going sci, go with 15k drives

next best thing is a 120Gb seagate 7200.9
