prommie qwestion about rebooting

this mite sound stupid but can a guy reboot the computer like normal with the prommie running?

is the computer rebooted independently of the prommie?

if not it would really be tedious to overclock thru the bios if one had to wait 15 minutes or something for rebooting the prommie

Once you are up and running the mobo will reboot without the prom starting over again.
