Hi
Am looking for 2 x 1GB DDR400 / PC3200 matched pair that will do 2/2/2/5 @ 200mhz [or as close as possible to 2/2/2/5] but at no more than 2.8v ?
Is there such DDR ?

ballistix can usually do 2-2-2 at 200mhz, but it's kinda a waste of the ram.

z503 does 2-2-2-5 with 5ns/4ns np!!!!!

OCZ PC3200 Platinum 2GB kit has 2-3-2-5 timings at 200FSB....needs about 2.7-2.8V...overclocks to about 220-230 with 2.5-3-3-x timings.

Mushkin XP4000 2gb kit shoudl do 2,3,2,5@200 with 2.8v and i got 2,3,2,5 at 230 and 2.5,3,2,5 at 265 all on 2.8v. but the mushkin is also identical in ic/pcb to the ocz pc4000eb 2 gig kit. THe mushkin also has new heatspreaders and a black pcb.
z503 does 2-2-2-5 with 5ns/4ns np!!!!!

btw, ballistix pc4000 reach 2225(pc3200) without any difficulty.

just wondering...a PC3200 @ 200MHZ is really 400 MHZ right? since its DDR so that means its 400 MHZ?
no ddr is double data rate... it can read/write twice per clock cycle, but it's still 200MHz

yeah ddr 400 is 200mhz, and ddr500 is 250mhz. you wont find any ddr 800 :/
