will my GPU block in my QPower fit my new GeForce4mx that is currently on my GeForce3ti???

You might be better off just keeping the GF3 Ti in there, it's probably a faster/better vidcard than the GF4MX.

270core 400mem on gef4 with dual vga dual 350mhz ramdac progessors
gef3 has svid out but not sure on core/mem speeds.
