What ram would you recommend to me?

I'm looking for a nice 2x512 solution that clocks nicely. I have an MSI K8N 2 along with a 3200+ venice. I have 2x256mb of bh5 right now, but not only does my motherboard hate it (have to run 2.5-3-3-7 for 220+) but I think its time to move onto 1gb. I'm looking to spend about $100-140 for something like this. What kind of kit would you guys recommend to me? I don't know anything about TCCD or whatever, or any other this other special ram.

Ohh...Best choice are buy new mobo+UTT/BH5 memory
I dunno how far MSI mobo clocks, but TCCC or cheap TCCD is the best way for MSI.

^^ Doesn't leave alot of room for O/Cing if your into that sort of thing but it has perfect RAM timings.
