How do I get rid of this? Pop up banner from "messenger service"...

I have a pop up stopper, works perfect.
I have spybot, works great.
I have gotten rid of almost all, junk that comes with the internet, except this "messenger service" thing...
I don't know exactly what it is, but it's obviously alittle different then standard pop ups...

so how do I kill them, permanantly?

Go to control panel < Administravtive Tools < Services < messager

Then click stop and disable

Yeah, but then you can't make a batch file and bomb your friends for fun..... :-(
