Hello Everyone,

I'm eventually planning to run dual r520s but as of now im only going to be running single. aside of x-fi, r520, mobo and proc i am also going to be powering

4x 120mm fans
sunbeam lcd fan controller
cm cooldrive 4 fan controller
lian li lcd temp monitor
koolance exos 2
3 sets of cold cathodes

i was wondering is this power supply would be tuff enough to handle it all without any problems what so ever,
http://xoxide.com/pc-power-and-cooling-turbo-cool-510w-sli.html

i heard good things but i want to make sure thats the best PSU i can get besides their 850w

any help would be much appreciated as the psu is the next mod, thanks

should work... but im not 100% sure as r520s, at least the xt, eat up 120W under load! each!
so thats 240W, probably all on the 12v rail too...

if you are thinking about the 860 anways then better get that one id say.

Best PC PSU made, but not the best config.

This is my recommendation: PC P&C 510 ASL (nVidia SLI Certified)
$239: http://www.pcpowercooling.com/products/viewproduct.php?show=T51ASL&view=techspecs

However, the best thing is to TELEPHONE PC P&C, letting their experts make sure you get the config,
that is best for both your current system & planed upgrades.

Good Luck,

It should be able to handle it but is going to be tight because the X1800Xts are supposed to be the Biggest Wattage Hogs ever made...
If you want to play on the safe side, the 850 SHould cover it with ease...

If I remember correctly It has yet to be Crossfire Certified.. and I think the Lowest wattage CrossFire Ready PSU I have seen is 600W

Save yourself a few bucks...

I've done several transactions with these folks, they are fast and have great customer service.

You could also save some money and try this http://directron.com/fsp70080glc.html

The AOpen version has now been reviewed here and there on the web, and it proves to be solid. Best of all it's an FSP, meaning you get MORE than you pay for.
