Yeah, I just loaded the Gif into animation shop3 and exported the pics individaully into PSP7, Resized to 65x55 (I think) of the original and exported back to Animation shop.;)

Good question. I just got it and started messing with it.
If you've got Anim shop3 and Psp7 I could walk you through that stuff.

haha Ok, more detail.
You open the gif with animshop3. it shows you the 4 frames it uses.
So you need to resize the pics so they will fit into the avatar limit.
Right click on frame 1 and go to "Export to Paint shop pro"
It opens the single file in PSP. Then go to "Image" - "resize".
And in this example I changed the Width to 65% of the original and Height to 55% of the original.
Then right click on the pic and go to "Update back to animation shop"
Then you do the same thing with all 4 frames. And you'll have a resized animated Kitty!;)

How do you move those avatars from place to place. I tried to move mine but thay say it has to be some sort of file with http://
