Go to the local scrapyard, and buy a cheap full-copper heatercore with some nice dimensions and some good mm's where you have to put you're tubes on, try to get one with 10mm, those are the types used most, well here in europe at least ;)

From my understanding, The old Chevy Chevette heater core seems to be the one of choice.

Welcome to Xtreme :)

Chevette core is certainly ideal for fitting inside your case. $19 @ the auto-parts store if you live in the USA or another country that its available :D

Yup those Chevy Heatercores and D-Tek HeaterCores (basically the same thang) rock... I use one on my rig... just wish I had another to match it for my GPU loop!
