Alright, I have never played with WCing before, but theres a huge ass upgrade about to smack my PC upside the head, and i want watercooling to be in it. The budget is $150, less if possible(damn 9700 has to cost so much :(). For now i only need the CPU in the loop, i want to be able to add more thigns later, chipset, VGA, etc..

The only part i have my heart set on is the Swiftech MCW5000, which leaves me needing hose, fittings, resivoir, radiator, and a pump under $100. can it be done? what parts do i need?

edit: heres my first idea
$55 MCW5000
$50 Blackice Pro radiator
$60 Swiftech MCP300 pump
can i get the other stuff locally?

also....should i go with an aircooled 2400+, or a WCed 2100+? the 2400 would be faster (duh) but it would also be a "B" chip.

you could spare money on the R9700 by buying a 9500 and mod it into a 9700 =]

If you're thight on money, buy a heatercore instead of a BI with the money won you can spend them on some tygon tubing and water wetter
