Ti4400 Vmod

I have been trying to read up on a vmod for Ti4400 cards, but have gotten conflicting information.

One thread I came across said the SC1175CSW controlled vmem, while another thread said it controlled vgpu.

My question is does anyone know for certain, before I screw up my card, the following:

SC1175CSW: vmem or vgpu
SC1102CS: vmem or vgpu
