Got a amazing deal on these babys so went out and bought two, but have few questions that i couldnt figure out myself and thought this is the place to ask :).
- DFI nF4 Ultra, should have RAID 0 but is it really worth setting up ?
- suggestions on striping size ?
- When i setup a partitions, was the best performance on the disk at the begining or the end of the disk ( meaning in example 2 partitions, is 0-36GB faster than 36-74GB, ofc the fastest is on the outer part of the HD, but what way is it counted ). Trying to put certain data on maximum peformance area, so should it be in the first partition or the second ?
- Backing up old x64 windows. Any way to do a 'copy+paste' of all data (including windows install + settings) from my old boot HD to the first partition on RAID array ? Or do i need to do yet another of those annoying complete reinstalls ?
