So what all do you Xtreme benchers and Ocers like to use as your hard drives.. What do you see the best performance of? Does SATA make a huge diff for you? Do you prefer ATA/IDE? Least amount of hassles? Put-er all down .. just trying to tak a lil poll..

2x sataII hitachi 500gb 16mb cache 7200rpm raid 0. its true sataII according to some, and almost up to scsi speeds in hdtach. either that or the raptors. I have 2 74gb raptors in raid 0 and i get 200+mb/s burst in hdtach

very soon wd will be coming out with the sataII raptors/10,000rpm/147gb/16mb cache.
