Epox 8npaj Overclocking

why is it that i cant run my mems at 200mhz?

specs:

Epox 8NPAJ
Sempron 2800 64bit palermo
Geil Value ram PC3200 2x256mb
Palit 6600 256mb pci-ex

here's my bios config:
ht: x3
proc freq: 300mhz x 8 = 2.4ghz stable
mem timings: 2.5 3 3 8 (defaults) 1T
vcore: 1.45v
mem divider: 100 ; memory running at 150mhz

when i try to set the divider to 133 to have my mems boot at 200mhz it doesnt boot up even i raise my vdimm

tried to set at 1T or 2T but still the same problem..

i also tried replacing my memory with a twinmos.. still the same problem.. are there any settings i missed or i need to change? thanks!

were it says mem divider, set it to default or disabled. That will make it run @ 300mhz.
