HE120.3 vs BIX3

Ok...so the new 7077 is on the way here as we speak (anyone want to buy an unused TT Armor Aluminum? heh :dammit: ) , and the new raise hits my account next week, so it's time for the radiator I bought the case for in the first place.

So my question is, what's the difference, besides a $40 price difference, between the HE120.3 rev3 and the BIX3. And if there's no real difference other than price, does anyone know if the Thermochill performance shroud fits the BIX3?
