Back off on your video card clocks and go play, see if it happens.
If it does it again then go to stock or back off your cpu overclock a bit to something your positive is fine, then again go play, otherwise might be the memory you didn't state weather it was overclocked or not, if it is then back it down, also and ... go play.

There's no point in running prime and all these stablility test programs if by doing these thing you can find the culprit and rectify the situation. Good luck and happy troubleshooting, if there is such a thing.

your ram could have error in it

i had/have the EXACT problem. So far its because my X2's memory controller wont handle my 2X1GB Ballistix very well. I have to run them at a 166 divider and at 3-4-4-10 1T. So far, no BF2 crashes and nasty beeps... someone said it was becuase of the Audigy 2 ZS, but im reluctant to believe so until it crashes again with these timings.

HERE is my thread i already made on this exact topic, it may help.

i went and picked through my dump files and found it to actually be a memory error. I have now corrected the issue, so far...

frequency=205.5 1.1 divider 2.5-3-3-7 i did lower the clock and it still gave me that loud beep.u guys will think im stupid but im new to overclocking and my question is am i ocing 'when i play with the dividers and lower the latency or when i raise the frequency??or do u guys think my ram is overheating??i havent touched the voltage though

If you adjust the Latency for better performance, that would be classified as tweaking more than overclocking. It's overclocking when you raise the HTT. It depends on what divider you are running on how much the memory will overclock per every 1MHz you raise the HTT.

EDIT: First of all, you're running 3xKingston Value sticks. You're not going to get much of an oc out of those, but you can get some. I would raise the DRAM voltage .1v and see if that stabilizes your memory.

thanks for all the replies :D would heat spreaders help my ram to be more stable?
