Hey all,
seems like an odd question to ask but does the position of a HD really effect the way it works?
My WD decided to junk out last night (or so i thought) bu this morning I decided to try a diff Hard drive and it worked fine. So being as stuborn as i am saying that my HD should still work I hooked i up vertical || being to lazy to put it in and it worked. Windows starts and runs everyting fine. sweet! I then put it in the place it goes horizontally = and it doesnt work again. Iput it back vertically and it works. do any of you know why this happens?

The only position you can't run a typical HD in is nose down.... with the cable connector reaching up at the back, any other position, even off level is fine
