I was just curious if this is at all feasible/possible, and if so, how does one go about doing it, and how much does it cost?

yes, it is feasible, but it does cost quite a bit of cash. Im not sure how they do it in canada but ummm.... here in usa u gota wait till they have it provided to the "h00d" as some of you might call it. I work for a cable drafting company and leme tell ya allot of work goes into placing calbes in a area. So unless u can get 40 other people to be interested in doing this, its not worth their money.

What would you be using it for ?

Although Cogent are cheap, they arent the best. It does really depend what you want it for i spsoe.

Anyways, like most things, you get what you pay for.
