I have an AMD Athon 64 3000+ processor. I can't seem to overclock this sucker what so ever. On top of all that my max multiplier is x9.0. and at that it sits at 1.8. I can't seem change the frequency without it rebooting when it tries to boot to the OS. When I change the freq back to 200 MHz, its fine. Weird.
BTW I have a, nForce4 SLI mainboard from DFI. Any advice or help would be greatly appriciated. :)

try this:
HTT Multi: 3x
HTT: 250
RAM DIVIDER: 166er
(Auto timings)
VCore: 1.45V
if you don't now what it is - stop here ;)

wat RAM u are using?
maybe u can try the over voltage. but dun try above 1.6volt, anything above 1.6volt with stock heatsink are dangerous.

here are some my result with A643000
260x9 @ 1.6volt @ 39C
HTT 4x @ 1.2volt
RAM use divider at 7/10

after i prime it few days, i can drop the voltage until 1.5volt (less voltage longer proc life) with this style to train my proc :p
