Wath you Think of my new LN- Coolers. 200mm long out of 60mm full-copper with 10mm bases u. 5 mm from wall-strength.
The pedestal-holder is from Rasilen (type Teflon) with 775 and 939 pedestal-drillings.

Ground has 2zentel excesses and really press in there with Arctic Crem. .... between it.

The grounds are one-pressed, tube 150°C, ground from the ice-compartment and 0,2mm excess of the ground with WLP between it;)

Hi, yes it is alu.
For the the persons who write me pn:
There are a lot of changes at work, a few machines will be sold and I´m not shure if I still can make more cooler.
For this four cooler- it took me seven hours. And they are still not ready yet.
It cost me to much time. In two weeks I will know more. I`m still on holiday.
I will do my best, but I can´t promisse anything.

out of curiousity, why is copper used on the walls, CU is very conductive thermally, wouldn't you want to insultate the walls so that heat cannot be absorbed through them?

Alum contracts faster then copper in the cold. So when the alum is prolly heated then the copper pressed in. Then when it cools it contracts and is always tight.

one-pressed- Ground 50,2mm and hole 50H7 with Termalpaste.

Grond -15°C and Alu at 150°C warm up an than with a needle-Press pressed in.
