At 12mpg I think it's time to say good bye. Its a sad day :(
I've been thinking about a Toyota pick-up.

2000. It's actually a 250 but they called it a 150 at the time and the upgraded was available.
I have a buyer for $13000 - hope it goes through.

12mpg on a truck thats horrible. 18 wheels get 6 mpg on a tank and they can carry a crapload more than your truck
Get a toyota tacoma :)
I dumped my '98 Wrangler after i modded it (5" lift/35" BFG M/T's) as it was getting around 10.5 mpg. The 4.0 liter inline 6 that it had never ran all that great or got very good gas milage, 16 mpg was the best it got in stock trim with 3.55 ratio/30x9.5" tires. The '94 wrangler i had before it was way quicker (same engine/trans) and got 18 mpg with 3.08 ratio/33x12.5" tires. I thought for sure that the 98 with 3.55 gears should be quicker but it never ran as strong as the older one.
I miss both of them but i'm happy to have a 33 mpg convertible now ('91 MX-5) that can pull 1.05 latteral G's. It's like a little street legal go kart but it stays inside during winter and doesn't play in snow drifts :(
I don't think you can go wrong with a tacoma (if that's your choice), there's no doubt they run forever :toast:
