i need a ram that can hit 250 mhz and handle high v's (3.2 to be specific) with timings of 2.5-3-3-8 at 250 mhz

i need it to be able to do this so i don't have to put my ram on a devider ... well another devider i guess

budget is 50-65$$$$ plz reccomend :)

edit-

just so you know my current chips are ch-5 so having that in another ram that would help garuntee 250 mhz??

Why do you want it to handle such high voltage?
Seeing the timings you want i'd recommand TCCD but not with such voltage.

Also, your budget is real tight, how much do you need? 256?

Perhaps some ram with Micron chips suits your needs?
Something like OCZ EB or Crucial ballistix will handle that voltage and can do the timings you want from it. ;)

basically you're going to have to work up a little more money to get good sticks that can do that.
