I think the 7800's will drop in price alot when the ATI's start showing up, what do you think. I don't ever remember the prices falling on cards after a launch like they have with these 7800's.
Please vote what you think the prices will be 30 days after ATI launch.
i belive they wont drop an astoning amount....the new ATI cards are going to be rediculously overpriced....nVidia can get away with there current prices

The Web is international ya know.
Price won't drop more than 5% off what they currently are.

Doesn't really matter, just the amount of the reduction or non-reduction in the first price. You must have known it was US dollars as I don't believe you can buy a 7800GTX for 475 euro or $388.45 US. I know for a fact you can't get one for 475 B pounds or $262.14.
Sorry, in the future I will say US $.

Hell you can get an AOpen 7800GTX on newegg for $420 AR. Apparently they are having great yeilds and want to push these things on all of us. I say keep pushing cause I'm not spending over $250 for an ATi or nVidia card. Call me cheap, but I refuse to buy something when it is the new hot thing. It's worth it to me to be last generation and still run everything I throw at it.

The poll is a bit off afther the 4 months.
The XFX 7800 GT (vivo) can be found as low as $290 (USD)
and the cheapest GTXs are about $420-$450 (USD)

Well, it wasn't ATI that brought the prices of the 7800gtx and 7800gt to their knees. It was nVidia. Thank you. You convinced me to buy a 7900gt with those kinds of prices.
