86 watt TEC

I've got one and have no idea what to put it on...

Anyone got an idea? 8-)

Im thinking either on my R8500LE @ 320/325 (stock cooling, no vmod) or on my northbridge of my 8RDA+ when it gets here.. 8-)

Other than that.. no clue.

How many watts does an R8500 put out, anyways? If I hooked it up at 5v, would I need condensation prevention? hehe.

The NB might be a good idea. I hear it gets quite hot and can seriously limit how high you can raise the FSB.

whoa, thread resurection.. 8-)

Tested it at 5v on a Voodoo 3 and got to 229/229 then the ram gave corruption errors.. backside of core was about 44 deg C at 5v.. 8-)

Got an 8K3A+ instead.. was cheaper and I still need a cpu.. 8-/
