The new one with the tube pre-amp. Thoughts?

Is this just a gimmick or is there real benefit?

Is this product more suited for music or does it enhance gaming sound?

Where else could one get a cheaper tube pre-amp for PC?

Or no one wasted their money on one, and can't tell you one way or the other. Go to insert favorite search engine and look for some reviews.

I don't want reviewer's opinions. I want ya'll's opinions. But I've lost interest in this and am considering building a tube headphone pre-amp. Maybe the Van Waarde?

Probably a good idea, seems 90% of computer components that aren't essential are usually gimics.
