Front audio jacks + Audigy 2ZS

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to hook up the front panel audio jacks on my Lian-Li PC60 case to my SB Audigy 2ZS sound card. Does anyone know how/if this can be done?

I just ordered this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16826159413 and I don't want to reach behind my PC all the time to hook them up for Lan Partys or late night gaming.
