I don't think scores are low. THG tested 6800Ultra and got similar scores (even lower).

If is not OC, i think it's totally normal.

Yes for this setup this is about normal. These stores aren't low at all. You have a cpu bottleneck, which means your computer is holding back your graphic card a little bit.

The chipset, cpu and the ram is holding you back. The memory bandwidth is not great enough to put up some amazing scores with that rig. I think you have a respectable gaming rig though! 5800 at 3dmark05 is not bad at all for that rig. Stay tuned.. you should be able to max your overclock out step by step. 6K could be possible with that rig with 3dmark05. Good luck ;)

Yeah, that sounds about right. My eVGA 6800 Ultra pulled about 5,300 points in 3DMark05 stock, and with some overclocking and driver tweaking and what-not got it up to 6,040 with 461/1.23GHz.

Thats what you get with a P4 3.0. I know I tested it on a 3.0 ghz. I got a prescott at 3.66 now and getting 5800.

I've got a P4 3.0 and a 6800GT and my stock scores for 3DMark05 was 5053.

It's weird that my x800pro with 12 pipes scores higher then 6800 ultras..

I think your scores are about right. I use to get 6280 on 3DMark05 with 3.2 EE @ 3.5 (air) and an overclocked 6800U. So you're fine. That rig should keep you on top of most of the current games for some more time.

i got an unmodded 6800gt besides cooling to do 6045 in 05, i guess thats good...
