i've seen BE-5, BE-6 and CE-6 at the moment..

GASPAR have one with CE-6

It seems most folks have been getting BE-6 Infineon chips. I got CE-6 chips which supposedly is DDR333 6ns ram. My sticks do 560 easily, though it appears to be an act of god.
