After seeing the success with the nforce 2 chipset voltage mod, I have the urge to vmod my kt333 chipset so I can see if I can stop agp tearing at high fsb's on my board. Has anyone attempted this mod yet or seen it anywhere because I would like to try it out? Thanks.

well to increase the kt333 voltage all you have to do is increase the 3.3 line

but my agp corruption went away when I changed from crcucial to corasir 3200 :) seems to be a ram issue

how did you increase the 3.3 line?

In my Abit At7, the VIO voltage is made from 5V line using regulator. BIOS gives 3,5 and 3,65 options. With 3,65 the board hits 200 fsb, but not much more. After little soldering, the VIO is now 3,80, but I can't even get 200 fsb anymore? Is there something I've missed?

Why do you need to do a VDD?

I have an EPOX 8k3a (kt333 chipset) and i can benchmark and everything stable with my FSB at 230, i can get a sandra screeny at 235. This is all without any extra voltage, just better cooling of the NB. Touch your NB while the FSB is at about 200, and if it is really hot, put something better on there. The original one (passively cooled) that was on here got VERY hot, i would've burnt my finger if i would've held it there. So i replaced it with an old 486 cpu cooler that had a fan on it.

Before i did this i got AGP tearing after about 205MHz FSB. BUt now i don't even get it at 235.
