I posted this a week back at futuremark but I figured somebody here could learn from this. I have no idea how it got there since my system is 100% sealed. NO T or res. The only thing I can think of is that the raddy for my system had it in there. Anyway enjoy the hairball. Oh and I found this becuase it cut my flow rate down to almost nothing.

that my friends is a seedling what is now known to be called in the scientific community as watercoolius-deathius. it is a deadly fungu, that as its name suggests, kills watercooling loops with incredible effectiveness.

lol...was your stuff new? I can't imagine how hair come from the radiator...like how would it even get out of the raddy in a clump like that

Thats why u should wash your gear before putting it together, run some water through everything before putting it together.

Oh it was washed. Everything was brand new when I put it together. The raddy however was new but from a autoparts store so who knows what was in there. I did flush the raddy with a hose to make sure it was clean. Its all fixed now but I was amazed it was in there myself.
