Maze4 barb question

Ok guys a have a couple questions for you.

1. I have a maze4 GPU block with 3/8 barbs, can I just change them out to these 1/2 barbs?http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=69&cat=34&page=1

2. If yes to question 1 then should I use those brass barbs, polypropylene (http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=68&cat=34&page=1) or the Danger Den High Flow Fittings (http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=70&cat=34&page=1)?

stick with the danger den ones.. they arnt the best in regards to holding ur tubing on, but they are the least detrimental to flow.

and yes u can just switch out the fittings.. but in any case i think it would be wise to stick with the 1/2" ones and stretch the 3/8 tubing over it.. least turbulence through the barb that way.

Doublecheck what threads your current barbs have. When Danger Den switched to the high flow fittings with o-ring seals they went away from pipe thread and wen't to a straight thread, I think 9/16".

He got 3/8 fittings on his block dude, not 1/2. :stick:
If your block have 3/8 fittings with 1/4NPT thread, you could use the one in the picture you posted. If yours is the new revision with the High Speed fittings, you won't be able to use those since the HS fittings have straight cut threads.
