I was stuck at 4.2Ghz. (100% Stable 262 FSB)

So i have changed from IC7-G to P4C800E-Deluxe, i have done all mods.
Vdimm, Vcore, Vagp, Droop Mod.

The Asus seems to be a little faster at 1:1
I could do Sandra, PCMark04, at 270 fsb 1:1 (never reached with the Abit)
But is not 100% stable, at Commanche always Freezes or Restarts or BSOD.

I am looking for a bios overclock.. not clockgen.
Also looking for a 24/7 100% stale Oc. not 5 second screenshot.

I tried 72/36 Agp frec, 1.8Vagp
Vcore 1.60 in bios (Vcore mod @ 1.7V on multimeter)
Vdimm 3V
turbo mode, etc.

Did not tried to increase the Vagp using the mod yet.
I bealive i dont deed it yet.

If someone can give some advices, would be very usefull.

Thanx.

You seems to be on good track, just keep playing with it and you'll find a sweet spot.
Just a note: Many people regard the power supply circuitry to be on the weak side when dealing with Prescott on these motherboards. Keep an eye on the MOSFETs, they get really hot.

Yeah.... i heard that.
fortunatly my board has 3 mosfet per fase, and i put a very good heatsink on them, 100% copper.. also the case is good ventilated.
