View Full Version : Geforce 2 ultra 3d2k1 low scores

Hey people!
I got my "new" :p: Gf2u yesterday. Stock clocks are 250/460 and with those clocks i get 3422 3d2k1 marks. My max stable clocks are 300/500, but with those clocks i get 3470 3d2k1 marks :confused:. Here are my specs:
Duron 700@10x107.5
Abit KT7
3x128mb pc133
I'm using winXP, directx9.0c and detonator 40.72. What am i doing wrong? I should be getting around 5000marks.

back in the day i paid £300/$550 for a brand new geforce 2 ultra first week they came out, nice card

Well, Winxp can't be helping you any. On my GF2u system I ran win 98 and 44.13(or something) drivers.
Anyway are you sure thats your max stable clocks for that card? Mine did 308/515 no artifacts 525 with a few artifacts.

I think my prob is just WinXP+Duron+low fsb. I'm getting myself a NF7-s, a new xp-m, some vmods, windows2000 and a waterchiller :):

Yes, with that Duron with 700MHz u can't get more points. :)

Did you use the LOD tweaks? Because that's what i'm planning to do. Should give me about 4000 3dmark points, right?
