I need suggestions on NEW RAM HELP!!!!

i need RAM that will do 250mhz with timings of 2-2-2-5. (2 x 512mb)

I have a DFI Nf3 ultra-d mobo so voltage is not a problem, it will go to 3.5V

I need some suggestions on what to get my OCZ Plat. Rev. 2 sucks so i am giving it to my mom and get something NEW.

I was thinking of OCZ PC3200 Gold VX


Current system:
DFI NF3 ultra-D
3000+ Venice @ 2740
2 x 512mb OCZ Plat. Rev. 2
Enermax 600watt PSU
BFG 6800GT
2 x WD Raptors

Mushkin Redline PC-4000 and OCZ VX PC-4000 are both rated for 250mhz 2-2-2 @ 3.2izh volts...

OCZ VX, Mushkin redline, GeIL ONE UTT all have Winbond chips and COULD reach those speeds

did you try to give yout plat rev. 2 3.5v and run 2-2-2-6?
