Ok I am stumped have tryed all of the ajustments on my compaq mv700 monitor.

THE PROBLEM

the problem is the top of the picture that the screen displays sinks in tward the center. the sides of the picture are wavy.

I have tryed the degause and changing the resolution i have tryed fiddleing with the buttons the make the image how you want it.

It started

when it turned my upside down while it was turned on and the colors went funny turned it upside right and degaused it
CAN this be fixed or is the and moniter picture ajusting software
