Just use acetone. You need half a shot glass maybe. You're house won't burn down.

Or you could try get it from your local pharmacy.

That’s normally where I get my acetone from.

As neosteve said: local pharmacy is the best place.

I still need something non-flammable.

Acetone will not be flamable when used with dryice as CO2 is carbon dioxide ;) fire needs OXYGEN to live CO2 sucks OXY our of the surrounding air :)
To be more accurate: it pushes it away as CO2 is heavier than O2, this way O2 can not get in to the tube... it's like pouring into a glas of oil, the water is heavier and pushes the oil to the surface

You will burn yourself faster with the dry ice than acetone that no way gets on fire my friend....

dryice is -79c acetone starts to freezes at -83c and you always have to give oyurself a few deg. so container at -71 to -72c like i get all the time is more than one could ask for IMO. :)
next step is LN2, H, OX :)

Lox can be very DANGEROUS stuff. Makes LN2 look like childrens play-doh... I mean LN2 isn't really very dangerous at ALL actually, but LOX does really BAD things. If you pour lox on frsh asphalt, pick up the chunk of asphalt and throw it, it will explode... VIOLENTLY.

Bad stuff. And not worth the extra 16C. I played with some though... it really IS blue.
