If your getting low rails don't worry about it. According to the bios my rails are at 11.73 and 4.85 respectively yet I never have any problems :D

They sure are nice. Have had this one for the past month and it stays between the vspecs of +/- 3 %. With the AMPS being high, they don't need high voltage. The only thing that bothered me at first, was the PSU fans. They run at @1500 RPM up to @45 C. Above that they start moving up. Guess ANTEC wants to keep them running during their 3 year warraty.
