Hi all,
I should receive my new rig in a few days, and I would like to know if someone ever encountered any problems setting a RAID-1 using two Maxtor DiamondMax 10 SATA 300GB drives on an ASUS A8N-SLI Premium. These drives will only contain data since I will get a Raptor 74GB for the OS and applications.
Also, on which controller should I put the drives on. I think the nForce4 have two embedded controllers. Is this true? I should probably put a DiamondMax 10 on each of them, and put the Raptor on the external Silicon Image controller.
Any info would be welcome.
