What is the range your +5 should operate in. Mine every once and awhile will drop down in the low 4,s. Do i have a problem.
You always want to your 5v to hover around 4.90-5+. Mines to low and it idles around 4.89 @ 1.7volts.

i dip as low as 3.5 and that is really bad!!! you should be at or above 5v always for stable operation.
Gootch is the man for that

Weird  I think it's bad if you have that kind of voltage fluctuation. <--spelling?

I have noticed it seems to happen only after a reboot or if the system has been down a couple days, when i restart it will do it 3 or 4 times and then runs normal.

Optimal is 5.25V at idle and 5.00 and slightly above at full load.

It is kinda high but I will take that power supply any day as long as the +12.0V is not above 13.0V.
