What is the range your +5 should operate in. Mine every once and awhile will drop down in the low 4,s. Do i have a problem.

You always want to your 5v to hover around 4.90-5+. Mines to low and it idles around 4.89 @ 1.7volts.

i dip as low as 3.5 and that is really bad!!! you should be at or above 5v always for stable operation.

It normally stays at 5.05 or so but I,ve seen it drop dowm to 4.58

Weird :confused: I think it's bad if you have that kind of voltage fluctuation. <--spelling?

I have noticed it seems to happen only after a reboot or if the system has been down a couple days, when i restart it will do it 3 or 4 times and then runs normal.

sorry that was my -5v rail .... my 5v rail is around 4.9-4.5v

Optimal is 5.25V at idle and 5.00 and slightly above at full load.

It is kinda high but I will take that power supply any day as long as the +12.0V is not above 13.0V.

+5 is 4.96---+12 is 12.54
