Ok well I've pretty much decided on all my parts, but any suggestions are recommendations are welcome. Ok here's what I'm going with for now:

Swiftech MCW5000-A
Eheim 1250 Pump
1/2" ID Clearflex 60 tubing
Water Wetter

What I'm sure is about the radiator. My case is an Antec 1080 Plus. So I'm not sure which ones would be best, any suggestions. Also should I go with or without a tank?

If you take the bottom drive cage out(and obviously the bracket that holds it), you can fit a black ice extreme pretty easily in there. Using a resevoir I think is a matter of preference more than anything else. I use one since I'm lazy and using a res makes filling and bleeding the loop easier.

I'm thinking the Black Ice Pro should be enough for my usage at 378KCal per hour (1501 BTU per hour) or 440W. All I plan on cooling is the cpu and maybe the gpu later.

Lytron on Ebay (http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?cgiurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com%2Fws%2 F&krd=1&from=R8&MfcISAPICommand=GetResult&ht=1&SortProperty=MetaEndSort&query=lytron) are very high performance and exceptional quality.

There is 1 4121-G3 on that page, it has adapters to 1/2" but it severly restricts water flow. The radiator is still very strong with a pair of 110v AC fans on it. If you were running smaller water lines than that is the radiator to get.

You can also get lucky at the local automotive store (if they're willing to help like Advanced automotive was here in Albany :D) and get a heater core. They come in all sorts of sizes, and some actually pull the water through the fins which aid in cooling like two-fold. A little liquid steel and some 1/2" nipples at home depot and you're good to go.

Agree w/ Pinky here. Love my chevette heatercore performance & it fits inside my case perfectly! :)

So, any automotive parts store. Like Advanced, High Low O'Reilly, Napa and just ask them?

Yes, heater cores are the best bang for the buck in terms of radiators. Get the biggest one you can be sure you can fit into your case. I'd say your other parts look excellent. I would add a reservoir if I were you though, for ease of filling and bleeding.

Well I order the block, tubing, and fittins from cooltechnica. Still looking for the best price on the pump.

I'm wondering about water additives. I noticed Purple Ice at dtekcustoms. Do you need to get anything besides some water wetter?

I've heard people say it's a good idea to add something that will kill the algae-like stuff that can grow inside of things. If you fill the system with distilled water that seems to cut down on that though, since I've been running my system 24/7 for the last six months after using only distilled water and water wetter and have yet to see any gunk form.
