So, this moring i started my first ln2 test. It didnt went wel because the caps didnt liked the frost and went crazy. The thing that happend was that my vcore wouldnt go higher than 1.040v. And we know all thats no good.

Test rig:

P4P800SE. vcore/vagp/3.3=vdimm and the vdroop modded
Pentium M 740.
2x256 BH5
Epsilon Container

But i did some good experience with ln2, and know what to do in the future.

Here are the pics:

Afterall it wasnt what i was hoped for, not even 1mhz oc :(.... but i learned much and will come back with ln2, and much more.

I want to thank my sponsor that made this project possible:

Wow, looking much fun indeed :D

Btw, it's "insulating", not "insulting" :p:

Maybe try dry ice first though, just to better know the limits of your setup?

Well i did many dry ice runs, but wanted something new.

@ jack: There was standing a huge propellor next to the setup, blowing all the condensation from the container (i think kingpin knows what im talking about ;)), also there was a 12x12 on the mosfets and a 12x12 and 8x8 on the memmory.. so enough fans i think :D

The water on your caps isn't good at all... Theres not much you can do other than seal off the board with spray and nail polish and stuff foam all over the place.

The whole board was finished with nail polish for about 2 times. in about 10cm all around the socket!

Were the caps 100% sealed off as well?

If you haven't done it may I suggest nail polish real heavy around the base of the caps to totally seal them. GL on future runs.

yeah just remarked that we are all to crazy one day ago on a party.
just wanted to talk about computers running subzero and 4 peoples looked at me "WTF - STFU FREAK ^^!"
what a pitty - the voltages issue...but at least a nice temperature shot you should get in your sig as well ;)
