IE and JAVA

i'm running windows xp and i'd like to be able to view these pages: http://www.statsman.org/folding2stats/3365.html

so i need to install java. i tried the newest version at the SUN website, but the last image on the statsman page does not display, i just get a solid blue square where the team members should be.

where do a get a version of JAVA that will work(other than SP1)? i refuse to install SP1, it caused way too many problems with my IDE devices last time.

Have you tried to actually click on the blue section? When I use Opera it shows the blue but will show all members if I try to select one.
Dunno if it will work with IE or not, worth a shot?

i wonder why it does that? my computer at work with the microsoft version of JAVA doesn't do that.
