I have the new Leadtek nForce2 board and 2 Maxtor 80 gig DX740 drives with a Koutech PCI Raid133 card. The array appears to build fine. I boot from the XP CD and hit F6 to install the raid drivers... Then the usual. I go to partition the array and XP tells me it is unable to update the MBR on the drive. It is seeing the full size. I have wrote zeros to both drives twice with PowerMax. I called Maxtor, they suggested jumpering one drive as slave, by just removing the jumper. Same result. (Unable to update MBR) When I had the drives on an Abit KR7R with Highpoint, I left the jumpers as they came and it worked fine. If anyone has suggestions or ideas, I would be grateful
