Hi there!

If it helps here are the specs of the different ICs:

<chip>
Unisem US-3004CW 0032 (which I think is the vregulator chip)
</chip>

<chips>
2x STmicro ST731850 (they are probably involved with superIO, but they were near the CPU socket so... )
</chips>

For the memory:
<chip>
Philips 74HCT140
02562pl
Hnn0018F
</chip>

And IF it helps as well, here is the PLL IC:
<chip>
Winbond W83194BT-39B
</chip>

Thx for your assistance! :banana:

cV: Welcome to Xtreme Systems!

here is what i have found out for you...
The Unisem US-3004CW is the VR IC
it is also used in the EpoX EP-3SPA3 S370 board.
i am still looking for similar borads and their Vmod guides for you.
hope that helps so far.

I can't get into sysopt... 403 forbidden. Jeez I certainly didn't do anything so bad as to get my IP banned... never ever. Those were some edgy moderators. :( Do you know the email address any of the mods? If not, could you ask why the heck they would ban ME from the forums??

Thanks for the help Grentarc.

Others, don't worry, I'm not the type of person who behaves like that.

Hey! I've also got a board with this IC next to the cpu socket: UNISEM 3004CW
I've looked at the specs (http://www.unisem.com/pdf/3004new.pdf) and find that there are 3 voltage feedback pins, which one am I interested in?
I suspect it's the third one, "Vfb3" as it's called..
