Voltage Monitors

I am using 2 programs for various monitoring of my system, but they both display voltages. However, they show differing numbers for each.

My question is this: I know alot of people use MBM for voltage checking while o/c'ing, but is the "Dashboard" actually running in real time while it is open? Or is it a one time snap shot, and you need to constantly open and close it?

In mbm, you set the time in :01 intervals. This keeps all readings almost realtime.
