hi guys...
i wanna ask n find out a few things...
my system:
venice 3000+ @ xp90c+delta fan
msi k8n neo2 platinum @ bios 1.9 ori
kingmax 512x2 ram
powercolor x800xtpe vivo @ ati silencer 4 rev2
wd 160gb hdd sata
antec 550w true power psu
b4 this i was using bios 1.8 ori..not modded....n using corsair xms4400 v1.1
n manage to hit a max of 2.7ghz @ 1.62v....n ram at 2.85 volts....n ram config was all default timing but running at 2T...
but now since i change back to kingmax....i manage to hit 2.6ghz at 1.44v....n ram at 2.85v n divider of 166 n 1T n on 1.9 ori bios...
but when i compare both.....the super pi for my 2.6 is way slower...like seems there is a problem...
i wanna know how to revert back to bios 1.8.....or maybe gimme a reccomendation bios....cos 1.9 the interface is lousy n alot of hidden items....seems to be problematic....i wanna revert back to 1.8....how do i do it...n if u guys got any better bios then that for me..pls let me knw...n tell me how to update bios...cos like abit they have the windows version of bios updating software....how bout msi???
my ambient temp n proc temp is low...on idle i can touch 24deg...n full load usually between 38-42...
so i think i have no problem with my temps...i wanna push as far as i can..i hope u guys can help me out...thanks...
