WOW, talk about overkill

Why running two OCZ 520W PSU's instead of one OCZ 600W or PC P&C 510W SLI? Or if you're insisting, a PC P&C 850W? Each and every one of them will be more than enough for your system. Two PSU's will stress most of the home UPS's out their capabilities. BUT, if you're still sure you're going with the above specs, get an APC SmartUPS 1500VA MINIMUM. I love it, even mother nature can't bug it, even not a bit. It's ROCK SOLID.

Use the cupon code 12345 over at Belkin.com and pick up a 1500va Enterprise grade UPS for $99.99 + shipping. I'm running a Dual opteron 246 system with a PC P&C 850 and a DFI nf3 250 with a Fortron 530 + a 19" monitor and it only loads the UPS by 50-60% .

Remember, it's not the wattage of power supplies you connect, it's how much they actually draw when running. I wouldn't buy a Belkin ANYTHING - terrible products from a terrible company renowned for it's customer non support. Stick with APC in my opinion.

AOC Smart UPS Pros is what you want.

I can overload a Belkin anything in less than 5 minutes with my setup.. Check ebay for good prices. Spring for the extra battery packs if you can

Sam's Club has discontinued Back Up Pro 1100's for $125,
these use RS232 instead of USB & were $454 only 2yrs ago.

I highly recommend APC! :toast:
