I ordered the 850W SSI from pcpowercooling.com shipping was +25% or something though. Ended up quite pricey after everything payed. So, yes they ship to Europe, and yes, shipment costs.
Only store in Europe I'm aware of is http://www.extremeprometeia.com/ - they too tend to be expensive. Do your calculations and see what is cheaper (and better!) for you!

I picked up an 850 Turbo-cool 2 weeks ago to finish off a dual opteron severe duty workstation project in addition to the 510 SLi in my main rig. I cannot rave enough about the quality and performance of PC P&C products. I was amazed to see almost _ZERO_ fluxuation in voltages no matter the load i placed on either PSU. I will surrender that they are quite pricy but i know i will not have to buy a replacement PSU for the duration of the 5 year warranty if i upgrade in the future.
